Nearly 900 arrests have been made in relation to the anti-Israel protests nationwide, following the removal of a protest encampment at Columbia University by New York police on April 18. These protests are a reaction to the severe casualties in Gaza, where Israel’s actions have reportedly led to over 34,000 deaths, including many civilians.
